We ship from Spain. Depending on the country you buy from, it will take more or less, but normally you will receive your order within 4/5 working days maximum.
We will be very sorry if we have not given you the service you expected, but we will be happy to offer you a refund for any reason as long as you return what you have ordered in the correct condition, in its original packaging and with all labels within 14 days from of the delivery date.
