RETURNS
Orders placed from the website have a maximum period of 30 days to make changes.
BYBEL will not assume the costs of the return.
Procedure:
- Send an email to beilbisuteria22@gmail.com informing of the return, indicating: order number and the reason for it.
- Send the product with its original packaging to the address, indicating the order number inside: BYBEL. Calle Costa Brava 35, Escalera Izquierda, 2A, 28034 Madrid.
- When we receive the product, we will check that it is in good condition and we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method.
Important:
- In no case will we refund the amount of shipping costs.
- We will not refund the amount of damaged or broken items that are not due to manufacturing defects.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges of party and/or other products (headbands, hats, hats, headdresses, ponchos and bags).
CHANGES
The deadline to exchange an item is 30 days from receipt.
The customer will assume the cost of shipping the product to be exchanged and BYBEL will send the new product free of charge.

- Send an email to xx@bybelbrand.com informing of the change, indicating: order number, the new product and the address for the change.
- When we receive the product, we will check that it is in good condition and we will proceed with the exchange.
At BYBEL we are demanding with well-made things, so if any of the pieces are received broken or with a factory defect, please contact us at xx@bybelbrand.com and we will try to solve it, although each piece is handmade and unique, and therefore, no one is equal to another. .
Important: Exchanges or returns are not allowed on special stock clearance offers.
